Pursuant to the Law, "after the termination of a lease agreement, the leaser who properly fulfilled his obligations determined by the agreement has a priority right to conclude an agreement for a new term, except of cases, when the property in lease is necessary for the demands of the owner. In case the owner intends to use the said property for his own needs, he should warn the leaser in a written form at least three months before the termination of a lease period".

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0904.
